New users will need to register first by clicking on “Register Now”. As part of the registration process the edocumentsuite system will ask you very specific and personal questions to authenticate you. It will ask personal information; such as, where have you lived, what car you have owned and possibly what loans you had or currently have.

 

Afterward, the system will send you an email, which will have a link that you will need to click on. The link will validate you and allow you to continue with the registration process. You will then have to select a picture and a brief comment/sentence. The selected picture and comment you will see each time you go to log in. The reason for this is to provide you with the assurance that you are at the proper web-site and that you are not attempting to login to a site that resembles edocumentsuite.

 

After you have registered and you would like to login to view your statements, you will need to input your user name and financial institution code which is "5EQ" on the main page. You will be then be taken to a security page that prompts you for your password.
